RN CRCU/ICU with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and 2 professional references. **

The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $58.69/hr encompassing a taxable component of $47.61/hr along with a per diem of $11.08/hr. Reward on non local rate: $7.90/hr.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 20 week contract
• EOW EOH
• 57 years ICU experience EPIC
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
