Job Scope
To perform data entries for invoice and billing administration
To support scanning of documents to customer and archive purpose
To support the team on daily routine work and any ad-hoc task
Ensure all documents are accurate and up to date
Ensure timely accurate and effective workflow of the established process (invoicing administration)
Support audit requirements as necessary
Requirements
Applicants should be proficient in MS Office applications, especially excel spreadsheets
Accuracy with figures and ability to perform basic accounting duties
Be adaptable and work well with change
Prior knowledge of accounts
Experience in handling high volume of transaction
Previous experience with invoicing
Good communication skills and good team player
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
Work location : Changi
