Assistant Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

This is a remote position.

• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long termfinancial and strategic plan
  
• Work with internal teams to build their annual budgets and forecasts
  
• Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting factors
  
• Commentary to the Leadership team
  
• Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance throughKPIs
  
• Developing online and realtime dashboards
  
• Utilising BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
  
• Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results
  
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results vs the budget and previous
  period actual results
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
  
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvementefforts
  
• Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
  
• Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that willlead to cost reduction and streamlining operations
  
• Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and key KPI
  
• Compliance with FCRA Regulations
  
• Ownership of the Fund Utilisation Certificate (FUC) process
  
• Coordination of all corporate and tax filing requirements US, UK & India
  
• Support other Finance team members to achieve department goals
  

• MBA or CA / CA (Inter) with minimum of 5 years of relevant analytical experience
  
• Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools
  
• Strong quantitative abilities

• High level of commercial acumen
  
• Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accountingpackages including Tally ERP / Tally Prime
