Responsibilities and Duties Include

Leads successful team in day-to-day operations

Supervises and directs workforce, i.e. making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining (with HR Support) discharging and scheduling

Assists in management of the store financial & operational performance by communicating and working with the finance team, conducting inventory, managing budgets, cash handling procedures, working with suppliers as necessary, and more

Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets

Compiling and analysing sales figures

Assists in the management of safety and security within the store. Ensures that staff are trained and current in terms of how to handle safety procedures

Demonstrates organizational skills and possesses an orientation toward detail

Ensures all employees are paid properly, receive appropriate benefits, and are prepared for additional career opportunities

Ensures HACCP and cleaning procedures are always properly followed by all team members

Regularly coaches management to drive for results, is a role model in his/her display of professionalism
