Funding Manager

• Finance lead on the commercialisation of ongoing and future projects;
  
• Lead on the funding solution for each individual projects
  
• Engage with Lenders shareholders and Institutional Investors to obtain optimum funding solutions for all portfolio projects
  
• Materially enhance the value proposition within the group through the development and adoption of innovative financing solutions
  
• Design build operate and interpret project and portfolio financial models to underpin the investment cases for the portfolio of projects
  
• Produce analyses from models to optimise project returns support decision making in the development team and facilitate route to market auction bidding processes
  

Requirements

• A recognised professional financial/accounting qualification
  
• 7years financial modelling experience of infrastructure projects with excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  
• Ability to create and drive the development of new structures
  
• Strong knowledge and experience of all key value drivers to ensure profitable outcomes to financial solutions being adopted
  
• Ability to work on own initiative providing sound financial advice and delivery of value enhancing financial solutions for the business.
