Head of Data Engineering
Does building a completely new Data Product from scratch sound exciting to you? Would you like to work for a Product company that is completely unique in the market, which has received a large investment of 20 million euros!

Our client is an established Streaming Product that is going through a huge digital and data transformation after receiving huge investment. Their next mission is to become completely data-driven by building a GCP Data Lake.
The role
- As the Head of Data Engineering, you will be the first hire for this project, and initially, your role will be very technically hands-on with building the platform and then moving to recruiting and building the department.
- You will set the strategy and decide on which technologies to use.
- Reporting to the CTO
What do you need
- Experience in building GCP Data Lakes
- Experience in building data departments from scratch
- Experience with setting Data Strategy
- Being very technically hands on who thrives in working in fast paced start-up environments
