We are looking for Talent Acquisition Coordinator (m/f/d) for our office in Madrid as our first preference, (we are also open to consider location in Amsterdam, Munich, Berlin or London) , who is passionate about supporting us in finding the right people all over the globe. You will be part of our People & Culture (P&C) team , the team enables business growth by empowering employees and teams. Our function helps GSG culture thrive under global initiatives. As a trusted partner, they drive the employee journey by attracting, equipping, and developing global teams. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

• Be one of the main points of contact for candidates from all over the world
• Make sure our candidates get an outstanding experience throughout the recruiting process with GSG
• Manage and coordinate meetings and interviews for Talent Acquisition team
• Actively recruiting for our Future Talent (Internship and Working Student)
• Proactively bring forth ideas and suggestions to improve the candidate experience
• Support administrative daily tasks and in ongoing projects to improve Talent Acquisition

We are a match if you have...

• Relevant experience coordinating recruitment processes for in-demand people from around the globe
• A strong focus on delivering an outstanding level of service
• A high level of communication skills
• An organized, calm, focused, and solution-oriented style of work
• Experience working with Greenhouse (our ATS) is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages would be a plus)
