Paid Ads Specialist

What will you do

• Manage and execute the B2B datadriven paid marketing strategy focused on wellness professionals.
  
• Create paid marketing strategy & set up KPIs in cooperation with Marketing Team Lead and CRO.
  
• Launching monitoring optimizing and results reporting of all Paid Marketing channels (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads)
  
• Continuously maximize marketing investment foster testing and find new ways to expand and scale campaigns on both existing and new platforms
  
• Cooperate with Content Specialists and graphic designers with the responsibility of ensuring consistent communication strategy
  

Requisitos

• 4 years of relevant experience with extraordinary achievements ideally in international highgrowth environments and in a handson role.
  
• Proven track record in managing and executing B2B paid marketing strategies that have a direct impact on company revenue.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Paid Social and Google Ads optimization techniques and targeting strategies bidding models and ad units across different ad platforms.
  
• Proven datadriven analytical thinking and knowledge of channelspecific metrics and KPIs like CPA CPL CAC
  
• Proactive attitude and independent person
  
• Affinity for the startup fitness and technology ecosystem
  
• Languages: English (fluent).
