Key Responsibilities – Summary
Coordinate and execute the entire customer acquisition efforts of the company by establishing business strategies that enhance increasing revenues in assigned geographies. Improving retained executive search and selection services SLAs and optimizing operational processes, ensuring that all spending and investment decisions are carried out with financial rigor, allowing the establishment of objectives and goals that measure the performance of the organization.
Responsibilities
Carry a revenue quota to meets or exceed sales targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies.
Identify, develop, implement, and maintain account strategies to drive adoption of Confisa Group services revenue within assigned enterprise accounts and their subsidiaries and affiliates.
Serve as the primary client contact for support issues requiring customer concern.
Drive timely resolution of customer issues and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction with Confisa Group services.
Understand and document customer’s business and strategies, requirements, priorities, and goals.
Establish and lead teams of internal and external resources to identify, pursue, and close specific opportunities consistent with account strategies.
Understand and navigate account procurement practices to successfully negotiate profitable service proposals / contracts and establish efficient renovation follow-up and action plans.
Overview payment of contracted services in a timely manner, as well as materials purchased, guaranteeing continuity of operations.
Market research and analysis including industry trends and competitors (prices, services, promotions, and customer acquisition practices) in order to evaluate and update customer acquisition policies and marketing strategies.
Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to sales management.
Ensure accurate and timely forecasts and management reporting in RecruitCRM.
Profile / Technical Requirements
Proven track record and experience specifically in the headhunting industry (or same target clients related segments) and with new accounts acquisition and management for retained executive search and selection services (or relevant solutions deployed for the same kind of client base).
High marketing knowledge in related business segments.
7 to 10 years of related experience.
Bilingual, with excellent command of the English language.
Skills for effective communication with clients.
Ability to negotiate and solve problems.
Project Management.
Know-how or proven track record of advertising and promotions for professional services, business, or human resources consulting.
Extensive knowledge in technical and financial business evaluations.
Ability to analyze and identify business opportunities.
The desired level of education established for this position is a university degree preferably Bachelor of Economics, Business Administration, or related careers
