o Implementation and maintenance of high-availability server farms based on Vmware virtualization.
o Deploy, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Windows environment including Active Directory related services, DNS, DHCP, WSUS , NTP and File Services, Group Policy management supporting business-critical systems, Server configuration/ hardening /upgrades.
o User and group management, Access restrictions, Security , Shared folder and permissions
o Deploy, monitor, and maintain mailing and communication systems based on Office365
o Responsible for servers, storage, security and monitoring hardware, software and services ensuring they are optimized for availability, stability, integrity, performance and scalability.
o Responsible for maintain backups system for various data types.
System recovery during disasters - Backup/restore server backups with Veeam backups.
o Implement and maintain Server/Client Antivirus systems.
o Well versed in Public Cloud Methodologies for Google / Amazon AWS.
o Good Knowledge and implementation of Sharepoint 365 and Service Desk management.
o Evaluate and harden systems security applying OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / Add new services as required
o Work with Vendors Microsoft, Vmware , Veeam etc to optimize stability, availability, reliability and performance of servers and storage.
o Supports systems testing, analyzing logs and optimizing system performance to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvements of systems engineering related processes and procedures.
o Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures, provide guidance and assistance to team of helpdesk/tech. support and works as second line of support for user related issues with Remote site support
