Real Estate Sales Team Leader

Job Description

• Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
• To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
• To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
• Assist Sales manger in setting individual sales targets of sales team members.
• Lead,manage & supervise sales team and provide needed training and coaching to them to achieve the individual sales targets.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Monitor team performance and make frequent reports.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Holder with a proven experience in Real estate as Team leader.
• Experience in Real Estate field is a MUST.
• Experience in closing deals.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good command of English & MS office package.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of types of customers, and modern methods of dealing with them.
