Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring the process of packaging, weight and distribution properly.
- Supervising the employees responsible for loading and dropping shipments of cars in Transit HUB.
- Make a reports on the number of shipments received and sent to and from Transit Hub.
- Analysis and follow-up of the quantity, types and sizes of shipments, calculating the percentage of errors that occur during the shipping process and taking action to not repeat these errors.
- Directing and training transit hub staff to use sorting and distribution devices and ensure that they follow the correct instructions.
- Help and support the operating manager in monitoring the performance of shipping staff and assessing their performance periodically.

- at leat 5 years in the same field.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Good command of English language.
