O&M Manager in PV&BESS - Europe

Your mission

Welcome to your new role, as our next O&M Manager in PV&BESS!
You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:

• Be the representative in the respective country (operationally, and administratively )
• Leader and represent the brand in the local Market and with existing and potential Customers
• Responsible for the execution of all O&M services in the local market.
• Ensure the correct planning of O&M activities and all necessary resources at the Country level. (technical, Human, Administrative) in a cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and improve the procedures for plant operations and maintenance
• Coordinate, manage and optimize transactional services between contract and 3rd party customers
• Select, initiate, and supervise contractors/vendors
• Grow, coach, mentor, and develop the team consistent of but not limited to O&M Manager, O&M Coordinators and PV Technicians in the running the Business from an operational and managerial Standpoint

Your profile

All right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you. Now let's have a look what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?

• Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Engineering or related fields
• 5+ Experience in leading and managing a Business Unit (Budgeting, Management of people, Management of Contractors and Sub-Contractors Ability to Interface with different Stakeholders
• Experience in reading and interpreting electrical, I&C (Instrumentation & Control), mechanical drawings and technical manuals
• Ability to work and make decisions with minimal or no supervision
• A safety first and customer focused mindset
• Organizational skills, good time-management, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
• Strong knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• C1& above in English
• Willingness to travel
