Your Mission:

• Review and moderate usergenerated content in German ensuring compliance with community guidelines and standards.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content taking swift action to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement content policies and procedures effectively.
• Provide support to users addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C1 level or above) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English to collaborate with international teams and navigate communication channels effectively.
• Previous experience in content moderation customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
