We are currently looking for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

Salary of 23$/h
Schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Hybrid position (3 days in the office)
Dynamic and professional environment

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Team by managing Recruitment Coordination activities such as, interview arrangement, raise/adjudicate, background check, onboarding, and orientation
Participate in the coordination of New Hire Orientation, reporting and tracking as required
Assist with recruitment operations related special projects as assigned
Format job descriptions for internal/external and niche site postings
Coordinate and schedule Interviews between applicants and hiring managers
Initiate and complete pre-employment screening process, tracking, follow-up, and costs
Initiate and manage background checks by coordinating with candidates and background check vendor
Align with other functional HR departments to ensure an effective flow of information and a consistent approach
Work in a fast-paced environment

What you will need to succeed:
A Bachelor s degree is preferred
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
1-2 years of experience in training/administration/recruitment
Proficient at Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a changing environment
Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
Can work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency
Bilingual (French and English), a tremendous asset
Knowledge of Workday, an asset
