Were Hiring HR Generalist — Mid-Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment activities including job posting screening interview coordination and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records attendance leaves and HR documentation.
• Assist in performance evaluation follow-ups and employee progress tracking.
• Support HR policies internal communication and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with managers to understand hiring needs and team requirements.
• Help improve HR workflows documentation and internal processes.
• Use AI tools and digital systems to make HR work faster more organized and more efficient.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in HR preferably in a software tech startup or fast-paced environment.

• Good understanding of recruitment onboarding employee relations attendance leaves and HR documentation.

• Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Facebook groups referrals and job platforms.

• Good knowledge of HR policies employee files contracts and basic labor law practices.

• Strong communication follow-up and coordination skills.

• Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

• Comfortable using HR systems digital tools and AI tools to organize and improve HR work.

• Good English level especially in writing emails and professional communication.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up with different departments.

• Proactive personality with a learning mindset and problem-solving attitude.
