Virtual Medical Provider Pain Management Division (Telehealth CairoOffice)

Department: Integrated Pain Management

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site Cairo)

  • Shifts: The earliest shift starts at 2:00 PM and the latest shift ends at 2:00 AM
  • Coverage: Employees will work either:

    • 8-hour shifts 5 days per week within the clinics operating hours or
    • 10-hour shifts 4 days per week within the clinics operating hours.

    expanding its virtual medical capabilities through our Cairo office. We deliver

    comprehensive data-driven care across pain management physical therapy and wellness

    services through advanced telehealth and analytics solutions.

    Role Summary

    We are seeking a licensed physician in Egypt with expertise in Pain Management Physical

    Medicine or Orthopedics to join our virtual care team. You will collaborate with U.S.-based

    specialists to assess and manage pain conditions support integrated treatment plans and

    enhance patient outcomes using telemedicine technologies. As part of our U.S.-affiliated

    multidisciplinary network you will extend access to high-quality evidence-based care for

    patients experiencing chronic or acute pain.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Conduct virtual consultations to assess diagnose and manage pain conditions.

    - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including pharmacological and

    non-pharmacological therapies.

    - Collaborate with U.S.-licensed attending physicians to extend patient access and

    continuity of care.

    - Educate patients on pain management strategies lifestyle modifications and self-care

    techniques.

    - Monitor patient progress through regular virtual follow-ups and adjust treatment

    plans as needed.

    - Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with both Egyptian

    and U.S. telehealth documentation standards.

    - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists and wellness

    providers to deliver integrated care.

    Qualifications

    - Graduate of a recognized Faculty of Medicine in Egypt.

    - Active medical license to practice in Egypt (U.S. or international licensure is a plus).

    - Proven experience in Pain Management Orthopedics or Physical Medicine.

    - Board certification or advanced training in Pain Management Anesthesiology or a

    related field is preferred.

    - Exceptional command of English (clinical terminology documentation and patient

    communication).

    - Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EMR systems to deliver virtual care.

    - Strong communication empathy and clinical decision-making abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience managing chronic pain cancer pain or post-surgical pain.

    - Knowledge of opioid prescribing regulations and best practices.

    - Experience working in a multidisciplinary or international telehealth environment.

    - Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems EMR platforms or HIPAA-compliant

    documentation standards.
