Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a revenue driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in the digital this role you will be responsible for leading a team of B2B sales representatives supporting them in achieving targets and ensuring excellent performance through coaching motivation and daily follow-up.

Job Responsibilities:

-Lead motivate and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

-Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

-Set clear daily and weekly goals for the team.

-Prepare and share sales reports with management.

-Train new team members on sales techniques and company processes.

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

-Maintain a positive and energetic team environment.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

-Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership or team supervision

-Flexibility with US working hours

-Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

-Proven record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Required Skills:

Fluent English Speaker is a Must Minimum of 7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices organizational diagnosis employee and union relations diversity performance management and federal and state respective employment laws. Bachelors degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws guidelines regulations ordinances and policies. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations hierarchy jobs qualifications compensation practices and the administrative practices related to those factors. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Required Education:

Strong experience in Implant Prosthetics ( Bars. all on x custom ) Min 5 years of experience in the Digital Prosthetics dentistry Advanced-level Dental CAD Designer Implant Planning experience Dental Lab experience is a highly recommended.
