You will play a key role inretention follow-up and coordinationfor providing best service to our clients
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the main point of contact for dentists inquiries and support requests.
-Ensure timely follow-up on cases and guide delivery.
-Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
-Provide feedback and insights from clients to improve service quality.
-Track client accounts and ensure all communications are documented and up to date.
Requirements
-Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
-Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service / account management
-Flexibility with US working hours
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dentistry background is a plus

-Fixed Shift Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Required Skills:
Fluent English Speaker is a Must Minimum of 7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices organizational diagnosis employee and union relations diversity performance management and federal and state respective employment laws. Bachelors degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws guidelines regulations ordinances and policies. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations hierarchy jobs qualifications compensation practices and the administrative practices related to those factors. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Required Education:
Strong experience in Implant Prosthetics ( Bars. all on x custom ) Min 5 years of experience in the Digital Prosthetics dentistry Advanced-level Dental CAD Designer Implant Planning experience Dental Lab experience is a highly recommended.
