Key Responsibilities:
Create customized holiday and travel packages
Handle client inquiries and travel consultations
Prepare attractive quotations and detailed itineraries
Coordinate with hotels airlines DMCs and travel suppliers
Manage reservations and bookings from inquiry to confirmation
Support clients with travel documentation and visa guidance
Deliver outstanding customer service before during and after travel

What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience in outbound tourism travel consultancy or tour operations
Strong knowledge of popular international destinations
Experience creating and selling holiday packages
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple bookings with high attention to detail
Good English proficiency

Preferred Experience:
Amadeus Sabre Galileo or other GDS systems
Hotelbeds RateHawk Expedia TAAP or similar travel platforms
Honeymoon luxury family and group travel packages
Visa support and travel documentation processes
