About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Managerwith strong leadership capabilities and fluency in Germanto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing endtoend testing cycles excellent communication skills and a proven track record working with crossfunctional and multilingual teams. You will drive quality strategy manage testing teams and collaborate closely with our German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the overall test strategy scope and timelines.
- Lead endtoend testing activities: system integration regression UAT and performance.
- Coordinate testing teams and ensure efficient task allocation and execution.
- Oversee defect management including triage prioritization and closure.
- Act as the main testing contact for Germanspeaking stakeholders and project teams.
- Prepare and deliver clear testing status updates reports and risks.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards processes and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing activities.
- Support test automation adoption and tool optimization where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- 6 years of experience in software testing including at least 3 years in test management or leading QA teams.
- Fluency in Germanfor communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA Azure DevOps ALM TestRail).
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary crosslocation teams.
- Excellent problem-solving coordination and leadership skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with European or German clients.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium Cypress Tosca etc.).
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced)
