Job Summary

At BayanTech a leading global localization company we are looking for a reliable and proactive System Administrator to support our growing operations and ensure the efficiency security and scalability of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain servers networks and IT systems to support business operations
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability for internal tools and localization platforms
  • Administer user accounts access rights and security policies
  • Implement and maintain backup disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company standards
  • Troubleshoot system network and hardware issues in a timely manner
  • Support internal teams with technical issues and system access
  • Manage virtualization environments and cloud-based services
  • Perform system upgrades patches and routine maintenance
  • Maintain IT documentation and ensure alignment with internal policies

Requirements

  • 35 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
  • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN)
  • Experience with virtualization tools (VMware Hyper-V)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) is a plus
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
