Job Summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and professional Supervisor for our Fairmont Gold Lounge in Cairo this supervisory role you will oversee the daily operations of our exclusive lounge ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will lead a team of hospitality professionals while creating an elevated experience for our most valued guests.

  • Supervise and manage lounge staff including scheduling training performance evaluation and professional development
  • Ensure consistent delivery of Fairmont Gold service standards and guest experience excellence
  • Monitor lounge operations including cleanliness ambiance inventory levels and facility maintenance
  • Manage guest relations and resolve any concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Oversee food and beverage service including quality control and presentation standards
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences special requests and feedback
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Manage inventory ordering and cost control within the lounge
  • Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Handle administrative tasks including reporting and documentation
  • Represent the lounge professionally and uphold Fairmonts brand values at all times

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Proven expertise in guest relations and customer service excellence
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making judgment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with inventory management and basic financial reporting
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols
  • Multi-language proficiency is advantageous
