We are looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to oversee sales and operations across selected branches in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of field sales representatives driving sales and ensuring efficient store operations. This role requires strong leadership strategic sales planning and excellent customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage train and provide guidance to the sales team across assigned territories.
Set achievable sales targets and motivate the team to meet or exceed them.
Monitor sales team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing customers.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to senior management.
Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with customers.
Implement a structured sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
Ensure sales targets set by management are met within assigned branches.
Oversee stock management and timely stock refills in assigned branches.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Strong personnel management skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities
Highly organized and detailoriented
Knowledge of various salesdriving strategies
Experience in customer relationship management
Flexible and able to move between different store locations
Highly committed to sales targets and store performance
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 46 years of proven experience in sales preferably in the fashion industry
At least 4 years of experience as a store manager
Fluency in English is required
