Job Summary
*Conceptualize and develop interior and exterior design ideas for high-end residential and commercial projects.
*Produce realistic 3D visualizations renderings and mood boards that accurately represent design intent.
*Collaborate with architects project managers and clients to ensure design consistency and quality.
*Create detailed drawings layouts and material specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
*Oversee design implementation to maintain alignment with approved concepts.
*Stay updated on design trends materials and emerging technologies in architecture and interior design.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Architecture Applied Arts or Interior Design.
* 7 years of professional experience.
* Proficiency in 3ds Max (Corona) Photoshop AutoCAD SketchUp and Revit.
* Strong design eye and a solid portfolio.
* Producing high-end interior and exterior 3D renderings.
