Sr. Interface Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Interface Engineer with strong infrastructure project experience to manage and coordinate project interfaces across multiple stakeholders contractors and delivery teams.

The role is responsible for ensuring that all technical construction planning commercial and contractual interfaces are clearly identified tracked coordinated and resolved in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have solid experience working on large-scale infrastructure or development projects preferably within a PMC or consultant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the project interface register ensuring all interfaces are properly recorded tracked and closed.
  
• Coordinate interface requirements between construction teams planning teams commercial teams contracts teams consultants and contractors.
  
• Identify potential interface risks conflicts and gaps between project packages.
  
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve interface issues and avoid delays.
  
• Support project delivery teams by ensuring smooth coordination between multiple contractors and workstreams.
  
• Prepare interface reports status updates dashboards and action trackers.
  
• Attend coordination meetings and ensure clear communication of interface requirements.
  
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk interface matters to project leadership.
  
• Work closely with planning teams to align interface activities with the project schedule.
  
• Support conflict resolution between contractors and project stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably Civil Engineering is mandatory.
  
• Minimum 1012 years of experience in infrastructure construction or large-scale development projects.
  
• Proven experience in interface management and coordination within complex multi-contractor project environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of interface registers tracking systems coordination workflows and issue resolution.
  
• Experience in infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
  
• PMC or consultant-side experience is preferred.
  
• Strong coordination experience with construction planning commercial and contracts teams.
  
• Excellent communication follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to resolve conflicts between different project parties.
  
• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple interface items at the same time.
  
• Strong project coordination or project management experience may be accepted as an alternative to formal interface specialization.
  

Required Experience Level

• Ideal: 1012 years of relevant experience.
  
• Borderline: 9 years of relevant experience may be considered if the candidate has strong interface management experience.
  
• Not suitable: Less than 9 years of relevant experience.
  

Certifications

• PMP certification is preferred.
  
• Primavera P6 knowledge is an advantage.
  
• Interface Management or Stakeholder Management training is an advantage.
