Sr. Electrical Engineer (Design)

• Design LV/MV power distribution auxiliary substations emergency and standby power (generators UPS) lighting earthing bonding and lightning protection.
• Prepare and check load schedules and calculations: voltage drop short circuit protection coordination lighting and earthing.
• Manage interfaces with traction power signalling telecoms SCADA tunnel ventilation MEP fire protection and civil.
• Prepare design packages for DEWA ADDC/TAQA and Civil Defence submissions.
• Produce and review design reports specifications single line diagrams layouts and supplier submittals.
• Provide remote technical support during construction testing and commissioning including responses to site queries.
• Mentor junior engineers and support the UAE team in technical discussions with the client and consultants when needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. A masters degree or chartered status is a plus.
• 1015 years of electrical design experience mostly on rail metro or HSR projects.
• Hands-on design experience across stations tunnels viaducts cut-and-cover and at-grade sections.
• GCC or UAE rail project experience is preferred.
