We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Sourcing team for 6 months. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management market analysis and tender support within an international and fast-paced industrial environment.Job Description
What will you do:
As part of the Sourcing team you will be involved in the following activities:
- Supplier Intelligence & Data Integration
- Support the integration of key suppliers into PowerBI dashboards to map global market players.
- Ensure regular updates aligned with industry and market trends to maintain data accuracy.
- Supplier Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on potential global suppliers for external equipment based on project-specific needs.
- Benchmark supplier capabilities and assess alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
- Tender Support & RFQ Management
- Actively participate in the tendering process in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering Tendering etc.).
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
- Track RFQ responses follow up with suppliers and ensure adherence to tender timelines.
- Tender Monitoring
- Update and maintain project tracking tools to provide clear visibility on sourcing progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time and complete tender submissions.
What will you bring:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or supply chain or any related field.
- Fresh graduate or some experience in related field.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel/Smartsheet and familiar with data tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Proficient in dealing with and using AI tools.
- Data analysis Sourcing understanding of market trends and analysis presentations
- Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English.

- Interest in Supplier Relationship management
- Fluency in French Spanish Arabic or German
