Sound & Light Technical

• Set up operate and maintain all audio lighting and visual equipment across resort outlets (theatre beach pool lounges and event venues) for daily activities evening shows and special events.
• Collaborate closely with the Entertainment Team to deliver seamless shows performances and guest experiences for themed nights gala dinners and large-scale productions.
• Conduct sound checks and lighting tests prior to all events to ensure optimal performance quality.
• Provide technical support for DJs live performers and external entertainers as required.
• Adjust lighting effects and sound levels in real-time based on show flow audience engagement and management direction.
• Coordinate with DJs animators performers and event hosts to ensure smooth execution of entertainment programs.
• Follow safety standards and operational procedures when handling technical equipment.
• Respond to guest music or technical requests when appropriate and aligned with resort policies.
• Work closely with the Entertainment Manager in planning and executing events and technical requirements.

Qualifications :

• Presentable professional and guest-oriented personality with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong technical understanding of audio lighting and AV systems (mixers speakers lighting consoles microphones etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer systems; knowledge of sound/lighting software is an advantage
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced entertainment environment
• Positive attitude with high responsibility reliability and adaptability
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
