Site Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Construction Supervision Lead

• Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineering.
• 10 years of nuclear power plant construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear electrical and I&C codes and standards.
• Proven experience leading multicultural teams.
• Strong construction oversight and technical review skills.
• Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in I&C systems and construction practices.

Special Job Requirements

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
• Fluent English; Russian is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on site.

• Lead and coordinate the I&C construction supervision team.
