SLS Alliance is hiring a hands-on Service Engineer to support the launch of operations in Egypt. This full-time project-driven role focuses on equipment installation maintenance troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth market rollout for smart infrastructure systems.
Mission
Ensure the successful installation servicing dismantling and full operability of Parcel Locker systems at client sites supporting Egypts launch through reliable field execution fast issue resolution and clear technical reporting.
Requirements
Required hands-on experience in field work and installations: equipment servicing furniture assembly appliance repair or auto repair.
Ability to work with cable connections and basic electrical tasks.
Skills in diagnostics and troubleshooting technical issues.
English language proficiency. Knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian languages will be considered a plus.
Responsible detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Having a personal car will be a plus.
Responsibilities
Installation maintenance and dismantling of parcel locker units on-site.
Pre-installation preparation and basic testing of equipment.
System setup and integration to ensure proper functionality.
Functional testing diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Ensuring devices are fully operational and meet quality standards.
Preparing service reports via internal Service Engineer app (our app we give instructions).
Compensation & Benefits
Outdoor locker installation $30 per visit
Indoor locker installation $20 per visit
Service maintenance $15 per visit
Indoor locker dismantling $12 per visit
Outdoor locker dismantling $20 per visit
Payment Procedure: Payment is made after completion of the work and submission of the service report. Salary and any agreed compensation are paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month.
