About you and this role

Youre a logistics enthusiast with a keen eye for compliance coordination and cargo clarity. In this role youll be at the heart of container and shipment management processesnavigating customs documentation liaising with external agencies and ensuring efficient material flow. Responsibilities

• Manage ACID/ACI documentation and Nafeza platform workflows to meet customs requirements and ensure timely cargo clearance

• Coordinate container planning booking and execution of inbound and outbound shipments
• Oversee regulatory submissions such as Form 4 requests and Public Security clearance documentation
• Organize logistics records and maintain accuracy in delivery notes and shipment orders
• Liaise with carriers and suppliers to align shipping schedules and confirm bookings
• Provide expertise on Material Flow processes across logistics operations at the site/unit/plant

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field
• 25 years of experience in logistics coordination preferably in import/export or international trade
• Experience handling customs documentation and clearance procedures
• Familiarity with ACID/ACI systems and Nafeza platform (region-specific)
• Strong understanding of container planning and booking protocols

• Commitment to safety standards and responsiveness to customer requirements
• Proficiency in logistics software ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and digital platforms like Nafeza
• Solid grasp of customs regulations cargo planning and shipment tracking
• Sharp attention to detail documentation precision and data management ability
• Team-oriented with strong communication and follow-up abilities
• Independent problem-solver with initiative in time-sensitive scenarios
