Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery initiatives across multiple teams and projects. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies coaching teams on Agile best practices removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure successful and predictable delivery of business value.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement sessions.
Coach Scrum Teams Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles Scrum framework and Lean practices.
Identify track and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery timelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team maturity collaboration and delivery performance.
Monitor sprint progress team velocity burndown metrics and delivery commitments.
Support Product Owners in backlog management prioritization and release planning activities.
Foster a high-performing self-organizing team environment focused on accountability and ownership.
Coordinate dependencies risks and cross-functional collaboration across multiple Agile teams.
Ensure adherence to Agile governance standards and reporting requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide visibility into project status risks and key outcomes.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile adoption across the organization.
Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile community practices and knowledge sharing.

69 years of overall experience including significant hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
Strong expertise in Scrum Agile methodologies Kanban and Lean principles.
Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing complex delivery programs.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development and digital transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile metrics reporting velocity tracking and continuous improvement practices.
Experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating collaboration across business and technical teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Confluence or similar platforms.
Ability to identify and resolve team impediments risks and delivery challenges.
Excellent communication facilitation conflict resolution and coaching skills.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience working in scaled Agile environments such as SAFe LeSS or
Exposure to DevOps CI/CD practices and modern software delivery frameworks.
Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives across enterprise organizations.
Prior consulting experience or involvement in large-scale digital transformation programs.
Knowledge of Agile portfolio management release management and value-stream-based delivery models.
