Senior Operation Engineer Automotive Sector

Location: Giza Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Aftersales Service Centers Spare Parts Logistics and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports and KPIs.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify operational issues conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and quality standards.
- Support project implementation and process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers dealers and internal stakeholders to improve operational performance.
- Monitor resource utilization and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in planning manpower equipment and operational resources.
- Provide operational guidance to field teams when required.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in automotive operations service operations or technical operations.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and operations management.
- Experience in process improvement and KPI management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar) is a plus.
