Senior Mapping Specialist Cardiac Ablation

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide clinical and technical assistance to physicians and laboratory staff on the use of the mapping and ablation system including generators software pumps and accessories.
• Conduct training sessions to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure acceptance.
• Participate in the development of advanced clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with the education team to support the development of training centers.
• Share best clinical practices with colleagues to optimize the customer experience.
• Work with service engineers on technical troubleshooting and provide feedback to marketing on system use and new product development.
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and manage high-stress situations with a problem-solving mindset.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Engineers degree in electrical or medical engineering or a related scientific discipline
• Over 5 years of clinical electrophysiology experience with at least 3 years independently supporting mapping procedures
• Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
• Fluency in English and Hungarian with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Independent responsible and decisive with flexibility and willingness to travel as required
• Ability to work in electrophysiology labs and achieve vendor credentialing
