Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing & Procurement:

- Execute the end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories ensuring all department needs are met efficiently.

2. Supplier Management:

- Identify vet and onboard reliable local vendors.

- Maintain an updated database of preferred suppliers.

3. Bidding & Negotiation:

- Launch Requests for Quotation (RFQs) analyze bids through detailed comparison sheets and negotiate terms to achieve maximum Cost Savings and Value for Money.

4. Contract Management:

- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts for outsourced services (Maintenance Security Logistics etc.) and monitor renewal dates.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal departments (Quality Process Maintenance Production and Admin) to understand their requirements and provide procurement expertise.

6. Order Tracking:

- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and service execution.

7. Performance Evaluation:

- Conduct periodic supplier performance reviews based on quality lead time and responsiveness.

8. Reporting:

- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate monthly reports on spending patterns and savings achieved.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Finance or a related field.

Experience:

- 25 years of experience specifically in Local Procurement or General Purchasing.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and influential skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and pricing.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and ERP systems (Oracle).

Languages:

- Good command of English (Written and Spoken)
