Senior HR Operations Specialist

Bevatel is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist professional to join our growing team.

• Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance.
  
• Handle the full employee lifecycle including onboarding personnel files contracts attendance leaves and offboarding.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and internal HR procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll-related processes when needed.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR operational matters providing timely and professional support.
  
• Collaborate closely with managers across different departments to address HR needs and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and recommend improvements.
  
• Support coach and supervise junior HR team members ensuring high-quality execution and continuous development.
  
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation when required.
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
  
• 35 years of experience in HR Operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor law.
  
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
  
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide mentor and support junior team members.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus.
