Job Summary
Financial & Operational Analysis
- Analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL Excel Power BI or Tableau to track performance spot trends and identify opportunities within the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time insights to stakeholders across finance and operations.
Budgeting Forecasting & Modeling
- Lead financial planning cycles (budgeting rolling forecasts) for the supply chain organization ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct variance analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate supply chain cost drivers and performance risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a finance partner to supply chain leadership providing insights and recommendations based on data and financial analysis.
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as working capital optimization sourcing strategy and operational efficiency.
System & Process Optimization
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools leveraging your ERP experience (MS Dynamics) to streamline data flows.
- Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to automate financial data pipelines and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in financial analysis FP&A or business analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL Excel ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
