Job Summary

-Create a complete prosthodontic solution that is specifically customized for each client according to the preferences provided and the case requirements. Assist with team coaching and quality control.

Design the verified cases (Wax up / PMMA design / finals) Compile the prosthetics components Follow up on the progress of the cases assigned and take actions as needed. Joining the review sessions with the online team to make sure that the design matching the client needs. Handle prosthetic customer questions/complains if needed. Meeting with new client online to negotiate the best Prosthetic design options for their cases if needed. Assists with team coaching when required Assists with team quality assessment when required

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Strong experience in Implant Prosthetics ( Bars. all on x custom )

Min 5 years of experience in the Digital Prosthetics dentistry

Advanced-level Dental CAD Designer Implant Planning experience

Dental Lab experience is a highly recommended.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks

Required Skills:

Fluent English Speaker is a Must Minimum of 7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices organizational diagnosis employee and union relations diversity performance management and federal and state respective employment laws. Bachelors degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws guidelines regulations ordinances and policies. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations hierarchy jobs qualifications compensation practices and the administrative practices related to those factors. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Required Education:
