DASHCO is working with a financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. Currently looking to hire a Senior FX Dealer.
Position: Senior FX Dealer
Location: MENA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and optimise company trading risk exposure across FX metals indices and CFD products
- Oversee execution quality liquidity management and hedging processes
- Configure and administer MT5 cTrader and Centroid trading environments
- Monitor market conditions and implement appropriate risk control measures
- Analyse trading flow to identify performance and profitability improvement opportunities
- Investigate complex trading incidents and client disputes
Prepare and present dealing risk and performance reports to senior management - Support onboarding training and supervision of junior dealers
- Coordinate with liquidity providers technology teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 35 years experience in dealing risk management or brokerage environment
Proven experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager/Admin - Strong experience with cTrader
- Strong experience with Centroid
- Strong understanding of A-Book B-Book and hybrid execution models
- Deep knowledge of FX metals indices and CFD market
- Experience managing liquidity exposure and trading risk
- Experience working in fast-growing brokerage environments
- Knowledge of CRM systems and brokerage back-office operations
- Familiarity with automation tools AI solutions or workflow optimisation
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Mathematics or related field.
