Senior Dealer

DASHCO is working with a financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. Currently looking to hire a Senior FX Dealer.

Position: Senior FX Dealer

Location: MENA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimise company trading risk exposure across FX metals indices and CFD products
• Oversee execution quality liquidity management and hedging processes
• Configure and administer MT5 cTrader and Centroid trading environments
• Monitor market conditions and implement appropriate risk control measures
• Analyse trading flow to identify performance and profitability improvement opportunities
• Investigate complex trading incidents and client disputes
  Prepare and present dealing risk and performance reports to senior management
• Support onboarding training and supervision of junior dealers
• Coordinate with liquidity providers technology teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 35 years experience in dealing risk management or brokerage environment
  Proven experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager/Admin
• Strong experience with cTrader
• Strong experience with Centroid
• Strong understanding of A-Book B-Book and hybrid execution models
• Deep knowledge of FX metals indices and CFD market
• Experience managing liquidity exposure and trading risk
• Experience working in fast-growing brokerage environments
• Knowledge of CRM systems and brokerage back-office operations
• Familiarity with automation tools AI solutions or workflow optimisation
• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Mathematics or related field.
