Senior BIM Coordinators

The Senior BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating multidisciplinary BIM activities from our Cairo office supporting major projects across the Middle East and internationally. The role will oversee the production integration and delivery of BIM models across Architecture Structure MEP and Infrastructure disciplines. Working closely with project BIM Managers and digital delivery teams the Senior BIM Coordinator will drive model coordination clash detection information management and digital delivery workflows while ensuring compliance with project BIM requirements ISO 19650 standards and client expectations.

• Lead day-to-day BIM coordination activities across Architecture Structure MEP and Infrastructure disciplines.

• Support BIM Managers and digital delivery teams in implementing project BIM requirements and execution strategies.

• Coordinate model development activities and ensure the timely delivery of BIM models and project information.

• Review multidisciplinary BIM deliverables to ensure alignment with project standards client requirements and delivery milestones.

• Monitor BIM workflows and support effective collaboration between design consultants contractors and project stakeholders.

• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) coordination procedures and project BIM workflows.

• Manage federated models and support multidisciplinary coordination processes across multiple projects.

• Perform clash detection model reviews issue tracking and coordination workshops using Navisworks and related BIM platforms.

• Coordinate the resolution of design and construction clashes with project stakeholders.

• Support BIM submissions model exchanges technical reviews RFIs and information management processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain and administer Common Data Environments (CDE) including Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM 360 Aconex or similar platforms.

• Ensure project information is managed in accordance with ISO 19650 requirements EIR/AIR documentation BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) MIDP/TIDP processes and project-specific BIM standards.

• Conduct regular model audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with BIM standards naming conventions classification systems and project requirements.

• Review model health data consistency parameters and information accuracy across all disciplines.

• Support BIM deliverables through LOD 300 LOD 400 and As-Built project stages.

• Assist design and construction teams with BIM-enabled workflows including shop drawings digital coordination and construction support activities.

• Support the implementation of advanced digital delivery initiatives including 4D planning 5D integration asset information management and digital twin methodologies.

• Promote BIM best practices and continuous improvement across project teams.

• Participate in coordination meetings with Clients Consultants Contractors and Project Management teams.

• Prepare BIM coordination reports clash detection reports model health assessments and project status updates.

• Facilitate communication between project teams to ensure timely issue resolution and project delivery.

• Support compliance with client BIM protocols governance requirements and digital delivery standards.

• Escalate critical model coordination issues and project risks to BIM Managers and project leadership when required.

• 5 years of BIM experience including significant experience as a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator on major building and infrastructure projects.

• Strong experience working on large-scale projects within the Middle East GCC Egypt or international markets.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models and managing federated model environments.

• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 EIR/AIR requirements BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) MIDP/TIDP processes and information management workflows.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit Navisworks Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM 360 and related BIM technologies.

• Experience in clash detection model auditing issue tracking and technical coordination.

• Strong understanding of BIM workflows supporting design construction documentation and project delivery.

• Experience working within Common Data Environments and managing model exchanges between project stakeholders.

• Excellent communication coordination problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and geographically distributed project teams.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.

• Candidates with proven BIM coordination experience on major commercial residential mixed-use healthcare industrial or infrastructure projects.

• Individuals with experience supporting GCC and international projects from Egypt-based delivery centres.

• Professionals with strong expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM 360 and ISO 19650 information management practices.

• Candidates who demonstrate a proactive approach to digital delivery model quality management and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Individuals with experience working within fast-paced project environments and collaborating with international project teams.
