Job Summary

Our client is hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performance sales function that converts the companys growing brand and market presence into student registrations and revenue. This is not a figurehead role you will own the sales team the ambassador program the CRM and 30% of our clients total annual revenue target. You will report directly to the CEO and operate as the commercial engine of the company.
The ambassador network currently generates 90% of registrations. Your mandate is to professionalize scale and diversify this channel while building a disciplined data-driven direct sales team alongside it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coach and develop a 4-person sales team with daily check-ins and weekly performance reviews
  • Design activate and scale the student ambassador program currently Plan Ps highest-converting channel
  • Implement and own the CRM system end-to-end: every lead logged every conversion tracked zero unlogged interactions
  • Set monthly and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with the CEO; cascade to individual reps with clear accountability
  • Design and manage the commission and incentive structure for both sales reps and ambassadors
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align campaigns with conversion targets and lead handover processes
  • Produce a weekly sales dashboard: pipeline status funnel metrics conversion rates ambassador performance
  • Identify and develop new sales channels including B2B institutional partnerships and corporate training registrations
  • Maintain field presence visit universities hospitals and partner institutions to build pipeline


Requirements

  • 35 years of proven sales management experience leading teams of 3 people
  • Demonstrated track record of coaching developing and holding sales reps accountable to targets
  • CRM proficiency HubSpot Salesforce Zoho CRM or equivalent
  • Medical pharmaceutical healthcare or EdTech industry background strongly preferred
  • Experience managing ambassador referral or affiliate sales programs is a strong advantage
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable with weekly reporting funnel analysis and target accountability
  • Cairo-based and able to work on-site minimum 4 days/week this is not a remote role
  • Strong communication and people management skills with a coaching-first leadership approach

Required Skills:

47 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role Combined agency and client-side experience you must understand both the creative process and business outcomes Proven experience in healthcare pharmaceutical or education marketing is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and hold them accountable to KPIs Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: social media paid ads SEO email marketing content marketing Proficiency with marketing analytics tools Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics and equivalent platforms Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (content generation audience segmentation performance optimization) Excellent Arabic and English writing skills you will own the brand voice in both languages Budget management experience ability to allocate spend and report on marketing ROI Skills Brand strategy and positioning Demand generation and lead acquisition Agency management and vendor relations Content strategy and editorial planning Digital campaign management (organic and paid) Marketing analytics and attribution AI-powered marketing tools Cross-functional collaboration with sales Budget planning and ROI reporting
