Job Summary
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure scalable and sustainable rolling stock operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct inspections of trains to ensure compliance with safety quality and operational standards.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering or rail industry.
- Proficiency in quality management systems root cause analysis and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of rolling stock systems manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Excellent communication teamwork and problem-solving skills with a focus on ownership and accountability.
- On-time delivery of quality milestones and strategic project goals.
- Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
- Reduction in defects improved troubleshooting and increased operational efficiency.
