Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR ADR and occupancy.
- Analyze historical data market trends and demand patterns to forecast future business levels.
- Monitor daily pickup pace and booking trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Develop short-term and long-term revenue forecasts and budget recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue across all hotel segments.
Pricing & Inventory Management
- Establish and maintain optimal pricing strategies across all distribution channels.
- Manage room inventory and availability to maximize profitability.
- Control room allocation and restrictions including minimum length of stay close-to-arrival and close-to-departure controls.
- Ensure alignment of rates and availability across all distribution channels. /Â To ensure rate alignment and consistency across all distribution channels.
Market Analysis
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and market intelligence analysis.
- Monitor local market conditions events and economic trends affecting demand.
- Analyze STR reports and identify opportunities for market penetration and revenue growth.
- Recommend tactical actions based on market performance and competitor activity.
Distribution Channel Management
- Optimize hotel performance across direct and indirect distribution channels.
- Monitor online travel agencies (OTAs) GDS brand websites and other booking platforms.
- Ensure rate parity and channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Reservations teams to maximize channel profitability.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly revenue reports.
- Present revenue performance and forecasting during commercial and executive meetings.
- Analyze key performance indicators including:
- RevPAR
- ADR
- Occupancy
- Market Share
- Revenue Index (RGI)
- Channel Performance
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Sales Marketing Front Office Reservations and Finance teams.
- Participate in commercial strategy meetings and business reviews.
- Support promotional activities and special event pricing strategies.
- Train and guide team members on revenue management best practices and Accor standards.
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Finance Statistics Economics or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 24 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience with Accor Hotels is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of hotel distribution systems and revenue optimization techniques.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with PMS CRS RMS and Channel Manager systems.
- Knowledge of Accor systems and revenue management tools is preferred.
