Job Summary
Finance leader with strong analytical skills business acumen and the ability to support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic business objectives
- Oversee financial reporting compliance and internal controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Develop and implement financial strategies that drive performance improvement and cost optimization
- Provide data-driven insights and executive-level financial analysis to inform business decisions
- Mentor and manage a high-performing finance team fostering professional development and accountability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals
- Evaluate and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Lead M&A financial due diligence and integration support as part of growth initiatives
- Represent the finance function in enterprise-wide strategic planning and risk assessment forums
- Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of financial information to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Requirements
* Minimum 15 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
* Strong background in financial planning budgeting reporting and compliance
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Experience in developing financial strategies and improving financial performance
* Preferred to hold a relevant professional certification such as CMA CPA ACCA or equivalent
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
