Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture) or Quantity Surveying Mandatory
  
• Specialization in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management Preferred
  
• Strong hands-on QS and cost management experience may substitute for formal specialization

• Strong experience in infrastructure quantities is critical
  (roads utilities networks earthworks)
