Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations including ISO 17100 ISO 18587 ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Conduct internal quality audits develop audit plans and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and forms.
- Track non-conformities and quality incidents ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
- Contribute to employee training on quality policies standards and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 1 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Strong written oral presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent in Visio HubSpot Qtopia and Raspberry.
