Lead the planning phase of projects defining project scope and objectives in alignment with stakeholder requirements to ensure all projects deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure projects stay on track and achieve desired outcomes.
Coordinate with team members assign tasks to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Maintain regular and effective communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status changes and issues.
Assist in developing project management processes and tools to enhance the organizations efficiency and effectiveness.
Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings to discuss project progress challenges and strategies.
Develop project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably within a PMO environment.
Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build positive relationships.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA).

Required Skills:
4-5 years in Engineering or IT Application Support. Fin-tech background is a plus. Accepting on-call process. Strong understanding of application support processes and best practices. Strong Linux knowledge (scripting searching operating etc.) Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge. Organized with a highly focused attention to detail. Strong result-oriented and customer-focused mentality.
