Develop and maintain a clear project plan with deadlines to ensure timely completion and to guide the team throughout the project
Organize and allocate resources such as personnel equipment and materials to ensure efficient and effective project execution fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Track project regularly progress identify potential problems early and implement solutions to keep the project on track and within scope.
Provide regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders regarding project progress challenges and outcomes to ensure their expectations are met and support is maintained.
Identify potential risks and issues early develop mitigation strategies and implement action plans to minimize the impact on the project.
Keep accurate and organized records of all project-related documents and correspondence for future reference and audits
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks of the project simultaneously to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently deadlines are met and the project remains organized and on track.
Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build positive relationships.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA).
