Production Area Manager - (Industrial / Manufacturing Background)

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients a leading company specializing in security solutions and products located in 10th of Ramadan City.

As a Production Area Manager your mission will be to lead manufacturing operations ensuring high productivity safety and quality. Youll drive operational excellence by managing teams optimizing production processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.

• Lead the production area team to meet KPIs and align with organizational objectives.
• Implement safety health and environmental standards in line with company policies.
• Manage production plans machinery and workforce scheduling to meet output targets (MPA & OTIF).
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives including lean manufacturing and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (e.g. SMED TPM line balancing cost reduction).
• Monitor and enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure effective utilization of available resources and manage production budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Build team capabilities through coaching training and performance evaluations.
• Promote a collaborative environment motivating team members and fostering innovation.
• Track deviations perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Control material stocks finished goods and department assets (machines tools lines).

• 6 years of experience in production management or industrial operations.
• . in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in team leadership process optimization and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems KPIs and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
